Flawless service!
Vietnam Evisa Online Service was very responsive and delivered our visas on time. After wasting days attempting to process visas directly through the Vietnamese government's Website, we turned to Mr. Ho and his team. The process was straightforward. When our visas arrived, I noticed a tiny typo on mine. However, Mr. Ho and his team corrected it, and our entry into Vietnam went without problems.

The BEST ever agency
These people are amazing. I am an Iranian and I needed to go back to Vietnam to pack the stuff I have in my house there, but no agency could get me a visa because of the political complications of it. But this agency helped me get it; they have a great costumer service, utterly transparent and trustworthy and very efficient. If they can get a visa for an Iranian, they can get a visa for any other nationalities. So, just leave the visa process to them and rest assured that you will get it.(+they even told me they would refund 50% of the price to me if they could not get the visa, despite of all the troubles)

They saved us!
They saved us! We somehow (stupidly) managed to completely forget about the visa.. 24h (a sunday) before our flight we noticed and thankfully found 3T Travel. It is expensive especially if you have to pay the amount for weekends or holidays like in our case but we wouldn’t been able to enter vietnam this fast. We still had to wait about 1.5h at the airport because there was a problem with the immigration system but we still caught our next flight with no problem. We can recommend this service if you are in a similar situation and quickly need a visa.

Definitely recommend
Completely forgot to apply for a visa for my trip to Vietnam and with the timeframe outlined on the government website I wouldn’t have had it on time if I ordered it that way. Someone recommended this website to me, and I was skeptical since I couldn’t find any info at all online about it however I was very pleasantly surprised. Although the price is obviously higher, I opted for the 1 day service and had my visa less than 24 hours after applying for it. Someone replied to all my messages on WhatsApp giving me reassurance, and all I had to do was print out the visa and I had no issues using it to enter the country.

Great Efficient Service
I'd never used an agency to apply for a visa before so I was very sceptical, but trusted the other reviews because I needed an urgent visa. I messaged the 3T travel company visa whatsapp at 2am and continued communication around the clock for the next 24 hours and always got immediate responses from a real person. They answered all of my questions and everything was a smooth and seamless process. No issues at immigration when I landed. Prices reasonable considering the time frame turnaround. All costs explained to you up front including airport costs and photo fees etc. Absolutely recommend.

Best Visa Rush Service - US Citizen
I am a US citizen and needed a rushed visa into Vietnam when I realized that the Vietnamese government offices would be closed for a national holiday and I would likely not get my visa in time. After speaking with multiple agencies 3T Travel was by far the most responsive and made me feel the most confident to work with. They have very good English, answer their phones and assist through every step of process from helping you choose the best rush option give your flight information to confirming that the information on you visa is correct. They provided me with multiple forms of confirmation that they are a legitimate service including certification from the Vietnamese government and trust pilot reviews. I ended up needing to opt for the 5hr rush option and received my visa from them within the time frame promised. Very thankful for their help, highly recommend.

Exactly as advertised
For some idiotic reason (all my fault) I was convinced I could do a VoA in Vietnam. Turns out I couldn't. I reached out to them over the weekend (Sunday), got a response immediately and finally my VISA arrived 2 hours before the agreed time.Exceptional service.
